The new Hotel of Black Sea Hotels Group - Black Sea Park Shevchenko Hotel opened in June 2013, in the city's Central Park, over the sea. It is a modern building in the Centre of the city is part of the main stadium of Odessa Chernomorets.

Within walking distance of the hotel in the Shevchenko Park are sights of Odessa: Walk Of Fame with the Monument to the Unknown Soldier, the monument to Odessa Lost Ships Crews, the Alexander Column, the ancient remains of the fortress of quarantine, etc. Also nearby Dolphinarium Nemo, Lanzheron Beach and Odessa Sea Port.

The Hotel has 95 comfortable rooms of three categories: 7 two-rooms Junior Suites, 28 Superior rooms and 60 Standard Rooms.
