Bukovel ski resort - Ivano-Frankovsk region

Dragobrat ski resort - Zakarpatsk region

Dragobrat is the highest ski resort of Ukraine. Dragobrat is the perfect place for those who love the sensation of freedom – a certain remoteness from settlements, a far-away and beyond the reach location and, as a result, a much fewer visitors stop you from absolute enjoying the beauty of the mountains. The lovers of off-piste skiing on a snow-kite are delivered to the tops of the mountains of Gandarmes and Stog, from which not only can you extremely go down, but also admire the Carpathian landscape, including the mount of Hoverla which can be seen in the background. Slavskoe ski resort - lvovsk region

This is one of the most popular and crowded mountain resorts of the Carpathians, which is the last of the top 3. The most famous ski resort in Slavskoe is located on mount Trostyan, which enjoys recognition of skiers. You can stay in a variety of hotels and estates of the country and the surroundings. The advantage of Slavske is the proximity of the famous historical and natural attractions, among which are Dovbush cave and the fortress of Tustan.

Pylypets ski resort - Zakarpatsk region

This is one of the most popular places in Ukraine for off-piste skiing. Snow in Pylypets lasts from December to April. Here is the longest high-speed rope tow in the Ukrainian Carpathians, with a length of 1.5 km. The highlight of the resort, besides skiing, is the legendary Shypot waterfall that never freezes even in winter. Accommodation is not a problem as well: in Pylypets and the neighboring villages there is a large number of hotels and private estates with very different prices and quality.

Izky ski resort - Zakarpatsk region

This is a resort which is perfect for beginners, it is equipped with 5 tracks classified as "blue" and "green", that is, medium and light complexity. There are two lifts – chair lift and rope tow. The complex bills itself as "eco" – thus, it offers organic products of its own production, a variety of treatments, yoga, etc. which allow you to enjoy the relaxation after skiing. Staying is available in the hotel or cottages of Izki.

Protasov Yar ski resort - Kiev

The most famous, the first and almost the only ski resort in Kiev is Protasov Yar. The perfect place to spend a winter weekend. As it does not always snow in Kiev, the complex is equipped with snow cannons.

In Protasov Yar there are 4 tracks of different difficulty levels for skiers and snowboarders. The best time for skiing is night: tracks are lit in the dark period of the day. Just at this time the place is the least crowded and there is the least crush.

Vyshgora ski resort - Kiev region

Another possibility to ski in Kiev is the Vyshgora ski complex in Vyshgorod. However, neither a passport nor a foreign passport will be accepted here as a deposit, only a driver's license or a registration certificate, or a cash deposit. This fact should be considered for those who do not have a car and a driver's license. Unlike Protasov, there is much less crowd at the weekend here. Alpine valley ski resort - Kharkov region

 

You can spend your weekend at the ski resort "Alpine valley", located 15 km from Kharkov. The lifting is provided by two parallel lifts.
